Site Maintenance Contract: most surfers don't take kindly to outdated information, dead links, and all the other things that indicate a site has not been updated recently!

• Basic: minor modifications to existing HTML, such as editing/changing a few lines of text, changing a phone number, adding/removing links, etc.  Equivalent to one hour of service. Payable quarterly in advance.
